1. Services Provided

Coach Miro agrees to deliver the following services as selected during onboarding:

  • Personal Training
  • Nutrition Coaching
  • Performance Coaching
  • Progress tracking, assessment, and tailored program support

Services may be delivered in-person, online, or a combination thereof.

2. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid for in advance, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash (for in-person services only).
  • No refunds will be issued once services have commenced, unless in exceptional cases at Coach Miro’s sole discretion.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full and not refundable or transferable.
  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must be agreed upon with Coach Miro.

4. Athlete Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate health information during onboarding.
  • Complete all required screening forms truthfully.
  • Follow guidance provided during coaching.

Results are influenced by commitment and adherence. No specific results are guaranteed.

5. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

The Athlete understands that training and dietary changes carry inherent risks. By participating, the Athlete voluntarily assumes all risks and releases Coach Miro and iControl Fitness from liability, except in cases of proven negligence.

6. Data Protection & Confidentiality

Data is stored securely, handled under UK GDPR, and never shared without consent unless legally required.

7. Termination of Agreement

  • Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice.
  • Outstanding payments must be resolved before termination is finalized.
  • Unused sessions may be forfeited unless agreed otherwise.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by UK law.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the onboarding form and digital signature, the Athlete agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
